Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pakdee Beauty Mart. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days from the date of delivery. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with tags intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, such as personal care products, opened cosmetics, or custom printed items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank, as processing time can vary.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
